Someone who has a pure heart and someone who makes the conscientious choice to drive actions from a selfless disposition is the type of leader we keep in leadership. Only individuals with selfless qualities are capable of making choices that are pure, with qualities that pass down to the client.

Engaging with others in a manner that is un-oppressive to their learning and growth is ideal. Un-oppressive engagements are those that share respect for another’s journey. It’s understanding their growth process is at their speed and that the dreamer should be nurtured in the such state with kindness, respect, and positivity in all forms. This allows for creativity, precision, and success.
